| and once that is done, do not allow things to just "slide". In Tulsa some similar punks went street by street and slashed damn near every tire in each driveway in a lower middle class neighborhood. Should the cops take time away from chasing the rapists and murderers for that too? If people are allowed to chuck eggs at you as you drive, where's the deterrent to keep those same people from mass-slashing tires once egg-chucking gets boring? Once tire slashing gets boring, what deters them from killing people's pets? Once killing pets gets boring, what deters them from lighting homes on fire during the night? So on and so forth.... Apathy is one of the biggest problems in this country, I say good for Halo for chasing the little fags down long enough to turn their plate over to the authorities. I'd say even better if he had put a cap in one of them and they had to go to the hospital and explain how they got themselves shot.
